Thanks for your willingness to help!
Since we won't be gathering together in person for Easter, we are recruiting 15-25 Trinity members to be in a virtual choir. Here is a sample video of a virtual choir: (Ours will not be this fancy)
https://youtu.be/RY4CW5pte98?t=105
Basically, you will video record your voice (or instrument) while you sing/play along to Beth's version of In Christ Alone while using earbuds.

All of your voices and videos will be combined on a video to be shown during our online Easter Service April 12th. Since we've never done this before, we will need ALL the videos by next Sunday (April 5), so we have a week to put this all together before Easter.
Things you’ll need:
1. You will need a laptop or computer with earbuds or headphones
2. You will need a smartphone to record a video of you singing
3. A tripod for your phone is recommended but not required, just make sure your video is steady
3. If you need notes, print the following score (otherwise just use the lyric video):
Click Here for a basic 4-part score with guitar chords in both keys (not sure if this matches Beth, if not, make it up. :)
Click here for video with Beth playing piano
Click here for video with Beth playing & PK singing the melody (coming soon)
Directions for recording:
1.Find a quiet place in your home. Do your best to make sure the ambient noise (dishwashers, fire trucks, barking dogs, TVs, etc.) is at a minimum. The goal is to get a good, clean sound.
2.Choose a nice background. Do NOT have a window behind you.
3.Position your video camera at eye level or slightly higher.
4.Your phone must be HORIZONTAL not VERTICAL while recording.
5.Make sure your head is in the center of the screen and that we see your shoulders.
6.Try to look at the camera more than the lyrics/score.
7.Record only your voice/instrument with your cell phone (not Beth’s piano, too).
8.Feel free to harmonize.
9.Once you are happy with your recording, please use the form below to send your file.
10. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS: SUNDAY, APRIL 5th, 2020
Thank you so much for participating and sharing your talents!
Stay safe, healthy, and continue to stay strong during these difficult times.
We’re all in this together.
God’s blessings!
