On Palm Sunday the crowd shouts “Hosanna,” but John also shows the rising resistance of hearts that will not yield. Jesus enters Jerusalem as the promised King, humble and determined, moving toward the cross. Today we ask what kind of King we want, and we hear the good news: Jesus is the King we need.
