SUMMER YOUTH CAMP DIRECTOR
you are responsible for all of the Summer Camp Ministry, including developing the camp schedule, developing and overseeing the Camp budget, hiring and managing summer staff, attending NLOMA conferences, developing camp programming, working with the Lead Pastor and DCE(s) on Camp theme and religion, overseeing Camp operation, advertising Camps, and building relationships with other churches. The successful candidate will have a heart for Camp Ministry, have strong organization and communication skills. Some prior experience in Camp Ministry is a plus. This position is focused on Camp programming for summer of 2027, but would begin PT this fall and have some training time this summer. Includes room and board at Camp in the summer.

Camp is a ministry of Trinity Lutheran located on Flathead Lake, just 2 miles South of Bigfork, Montana, on 40 acres of beautiful forest land. The Camp serves to strengthen campers and families through their relationship with God. Each summer campers of all ages attend our youth camps, adult or family retreats, pastor conferences, &/or family reunions. We hope you or your family will join us for a camp or family reunion soon.
